Justin Dyer is the General Manager of Operations at MISS. With over 20 years of management experience and a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University, Justin brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise to the team. He has been with the company for 1.5 years and is passionate about creating strong, supportive teams that deliver exceptional service. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his daughter in dance and gymnastics, and coaching his son’s youth baseball team.
Melissa Armenta serves as the Executive Manager at MISS, bringing over a decade of expertise in healthcare staffing and operations. She leads with a strong commitment to integrity, efficiency, and excellence, and is passionate about connecting top-tier imaging professionals with quality healthcare facilities nationwide. Melissa is dedicated to building lasting partnerships and providing responsive, personalized support to both clients and clinicians. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and dogs.
Lamont Gibson serves as Sales and Recruiting Manager. Gibson specializes in building leaders and transforming organizational performance. His multi-industry background—spanning behavioral health, hospital operations, hospitality, and professional sports—uniquely positions him to lead teams through growth, crisis, and operational change. He has launched corporate training & hiring programs, directed learning departments for 600+ employees, and coached leadership teams across Arizona. Gibson is recognized for his ability to strengthen compliance, reduce turnover, and cultivate strong workplace cultures through strategic development, training, and operational excellence.
Anderson Schultz is a healthcare business development leader with broad experience driving strategic growth across medical organizations. He excels at cultivating high-value partnerships, expanding market presence, and identifying opportunities that strengthen organizational performance. With a focus on strategy, relationship development, and long-term business impact, Anderson works closely with executive and clinical teams to advance organizational objectives and position practices for sustained success.
